Come on out and chase away the winter chill with Hickory Creek.
Beginning in February we will be hosting a series of vertical wine tastings allowing you to explore all of the vintages of a particular variety that we have available. The vertical flight tastings will include previously bottled vintages (some of which are no longer available for purchase) along with tank/barrel samplings of wines not yet bottled. Appetizers will be served with the wine.
On March 25th, the second in the series, we will be offering two flights: Cab Sauvignon which will include the 07, 08 (barrel sample), & 09 (barrel sample) vintages, Cab Franc which will include the 07, 08 (barrel sample), & 09 (barrel sample) vintages. Our wine maker, Michael de Schaaf will be on hand to discuss the flavor profiles of the various vintages and to answer any questions you may have.
